Our tap dance classes follow a structured curriculum that builds rhythmic skills, coordination, and timing. Dancers learn fundamental steps and dance techniques, progressing to more complex patterns and choreography appropriate to their age and level. Through consistent practice, students develop musicality, precision, and performance confidence.
Dress Code
Girls
- Tan Slip-on Jazz Shoes
- Shorts, sweatpants, athletic-style pants, or dance skirts (optional)
- Pink Ballet Shoes View
- Black lace-up Style Tap Shoes
- Any color leotard and tights
Boys
- Tank or T-Shirt (not baggy)
- Black Tap Shoes
- Black lace-up Style Tap Shoes
Dress Code: General Guidelines
All students must adhere to proper dress code and hair guidelines. Students not following dress code may be dismissed from class. There is NO gum, food or drinks (except water bottles with a cap or lid) permitted in the studios.
Hair for all classes must be pulled back/secured out of dancers’ face so vision is not obstructed while dancing. Buns are required for Ballet classes.
